On 5 May 2015, the IT company Raber+Märcker was renamed after 80 successful years in Konica Minolta IT Solutions. This event and the preceded extensive change process, which had grand attention in the industry, was escorted by Hühnlein & Hühnlein from the very beginning.
Following a status analysis, different branding options were tested. H&H has developed a multi-step package of measures, which started with an online-based employee survey on the scheduled name change on a specially arranged microsite. This responsive website was the main means of communication and has been gradually expanded over the course of the campaign.
In addition, H&H realized a testimonial campaign with employees from all locations. And an exclusive kick-off event for all 350 employees including an upstream 6-step teaser campaign.
And last, but not least, the new glossy magazine ITSIDE whose design and implementation (including all texts) was the responsibility of H&H.
